YOKNEAM ILIT, Israel, Dec. 29, 2025 – ElastiMed Ltd., developer of MyoSleeve, the cable-free EAP-powered
wearable compression device for lymphedema and venous disease, today announced the appointment of Dr. Amir
Belson as Chairman of its Board of Directors.

Dr. Belson joined ElastiMed’s Board in 2024 and has since played an active role in guiding the company’s growth strategy. In his new role as Chairman, he will work closely with Founder and CEO Omer Zelka and the rest of the
Board to steer ElastiMed through its next stage of commercial expansion and clinical development.

Dr. Belson is a serial medical device entrepreneur with a track record of building companies through to successful
acquisition. He founded Neoguide Systems, a robotic endoscopy company acquired by Intuitive Surgical in 2009;
Vascular Pathways, a vascular intervention technology company acquired by C.R. Bard in 2014; and Zipline
Medical, a wound closure company acquired by Stryker in 2019. He has also founded a number of other medical
device ventures, including Radiaction Medical, Emboline, and Modular Surgical, and has served on multiple boards across the industry. Dr. Belson graduated cum laude from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology Faculty of Medicine.
