Frequently asked questions

What is MyoSleeve and how does it work?

MyoSleeve is a wearable compression device for the lower leg. Three built-in straps expand and contract in a timed upward sequence, gently squeezing the calf to stimulate blood flow and support lymphatic drainage the same way natural muscle contractions do. It runs on a rechargeable battery and is controlled with a single button.

Yes - that's the point. MyoSleeve is designed for everyday life. You can walk, stand, stay active, and go about your routine while receiving therapy. Avoid strenuous activities like running or heavy lifting while the device is on.

On/Off: Press and hold the control button for 3 seconds. You will feel vibrations and see the LED confirm the action.

Intensity: Briefly press the button to cycle through three modes - Intense (3 vibrations), Medium (2), and Soft (1). The device remembers your last setting.

Solid green: fully charged and working normally

Flashing green: charging in progress

Solid yellow: low battery, charge after treatment

Solid red: critically low battery, or charger connected while device is on

Flashing red: system error, contact support

Vibration- confirms power on, power off, or an intensity change, and alerts you to a system error.

Plug the included USB-C cable into the charging port on the control unit and connect the other end to any USB power source. The LED flashes green while charging and turns solid green when full. A full charge takes up to 4 hours and provides at least 8 hours of active treatment. Never use the device while it is plugged in.

MyoSleeve stays in a compressed state even when switched off or when the battery is empty. So even without active therapy, the patient continues to receive baseline static compression, there is no gap in treatment.

Yes. Limb volume often decreases as therapy progresses, which can cause the device to loosen slightly. Simply readjust and refasten the straps to restore a snug fit. A secure fit is important for effective treatment.

No. Remove MyoSleeve before showering or bathing, and make sure your skin is completely dry before putting it back on. MyoSleeve is rated IP22 and is not water resistant, so exposure to rain or significant water contact is not recommended. If the device gets wet, turn it off and contact Customer Care for guidance.

Wipe the device with a clean damp cloth or alcohol wipe. Do not wash, machine wash, or immerse it in liquid. Lay it flat to air dry completely before storing or using again. The liners worn underneath can be washed separately.

MyoSleeve is designed to treat the lower leg. If you also require foot compression, consult your healthcare provider for a suitable additional solution.

MyoSleeve comes in left and right versions, each fitted to that specific leg, so one unit is worn on its matching side.

Yes. For bilateral treatment, you will need one left and one right unit, worn together.
